How it works

Two things happen here: you can check that a report is genuine, or you can arrange a test of your own.

Verify a report

Every report we publish carries a unique code, printed on the certificate as text and as a QR code.

1. Open the verify page. Enter the code by hand, or scan the QR code with your phone.
2. See the result. The matching report opens on screen, with the sample details and the figures as we recorded them.
3. Download the PDF. Open or save the original certificate, with an integrity hash so you can confirm it is unaltered.

Get something tested

We handle the marketing and the website. A separate laboratory carries out the analysis and signs off the results.

1. Contact us. Tell us what you want analysed and which checks you need. We confirm what the lab can do and what it costs before anything ships.
2. Send the sample. Pack and post it using the instructions we send you.
3. Get a verifiable report. When the analysis is done, you receive the certificate with its own code, and the report goes live on the verify page.

The data we publish is the data the lab returns. We do not edit results or issue a certificate for a sample that was not tested. How to submit a sample →
