Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Bridge Labs collects when you request a test or submit a sample, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it.

Who we are

Bridge Labs is an independent analytical testing laboratory. We measure the purity, identity and safety of samples our clients send us. We do not sell, supply or source any of the compounds we test. The legal entity responsible for this site and your data is Research Bridge s.r.o., Chocholouškova 138/4, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic.

What we collect

  • Test & sample requests: the email address you give us, an optional name, the compounds you ask us to analyse, the analyses you select and any notes you add.
  • Report verification: the report code you enter. We do not require an account to verify a report.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it

  • To reply with a quote, run the analysis you asked for and deliver your certificate.
  • To answer your questions and provide support.
  • To keep the verification system and the website secure.

Our legal basis is the performance of the service you request and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable laboratory.

Published reports never identify you

A published report contains analytical data and its verification code only. It never carries your name, email or any personal detail. Confidential reports are not listed publicly and remain verify-by-code only.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. We keep request and result records only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses only the cookies needed to function. [If analytics or other third-party tools are enabled for the live site, list them here, with their purpose and retention.]

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at lab@bridgeanalytical.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
