Submit a sample

Testing starts with a conversation, not a checkout. Tell us what you have and what you want measured, and we’ll confirm whether the lab can run the analysis — and what it costs — before anything ships.

1. Get in touch

Open a request and tell us, where you can:

  • What the sample is — the compound or product name, and the stated contents or concentration if a label exists.
  • Form and quantity — lyophilised powder, solution or vial, and roughly how much you have.
  • What you want to know — purity, identity, content, sterility, endotoxin or heavy metals. If unsure, describe your question and we’ll suggest an option. See the pricing for the common panels.
  • Your contact details — a working email so we can send instructions and, later, the report.

2. We confirm the work and the price

We’ll tell you which tests apply, what they cost, how to label and send the sample, and the address to use — and flag anything we can’t test, so you’re never paying to find that out after posting. Wait for this confirmation before sending anything.

3. Package the sample

Keep it sealed and clearly labelled, send a representative amount, and cushion vials against damage. Note any handling needs — light-sensitive, keep cool — and include your request reference inside the package so we can match it on arrival. A small amount is enough for most analyses; we’ll tell you the minimum when we confirm the work.

4. Ship it

A tracked courier — DHL, FedEx or UPS — is the most reliable way to send a sample, and the one we recommend. Keep the tracking number; you can share it with us so we can watch for delivery.

  • Within the EU there is no customs step — a parcel moves like any domestic shipment.
  • From outside the EU, declare the contents honestly as a sample for laboratory analysis, with a nominal value. Couriers that include customs clearance (FedEx, UPS) avoid the delays and surprise charges that catch postal shipments.

5. Payment

We invoice once the testing is agreed, before analysis begins. Bank transfer (SEPA) and major cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT, USDC) are accepted; card payment on request. Full detail is on the pricing page.

6. After it arrives

We confirm receipt, the lab runs the agreed analysis — typically 5–7 business days — and we prepare the report from the genuine results. You receive a certificate with its own verification code, so anyone you share it with can confirm it is authentic on our verify page. More questions? See the FAQ.
