Terms of service

These terms set out what Bridge Labs does, the scope of a test, and the limits of what a report means.

What we provide

Bridge Labs is an independent analytical laboratory. We test samples that clients submit. We do not sell, supply, source, prescribe or recommend any compound, and nothing on this site is an offer to supply any substance. The compound names in our order tool exist only to tell us which analytical method applies to a sample you already have.

Scope of a result

• A result relates only to the specific sample tested. It says nothing about any other unit, batch or vial.
• A report is an analytical measurement, not a medical, safety or fitness-for-use endorsement, and is not medical advice.
• Turnaround times are typical, not guaranteed.

Samples, quotes & payment

The order tool builds a request, not an order: nothing is charged until we confirm a quote. We will flag anything we cannot test before any sample ships. Return shipping, where applicable, is the client’s responsibility.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any test is limited to the fee paid for that test. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of a report, or for the use, handling or legality of any substance a client chooses to send or possess.

This service is operated by Research Bridge s.r.o., Chocholouškova 138/4, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, under the laws of the Czech Republic.
